Shifting Focus

Planned and facilitated a two-day scenario planning workshop with executives on the changing business landscape resulting in organizational shifts. Collaborated with partners in and out of the business to foster mutual understanding of the internal and external landscape, a desired direction and practical next steps.

Humanizing Performance Management

Utilized third party research, corporate values and cultural norms to develop a performance management strategy to address organizational competencies, capability building and process redesign. The program design promoted increased transparency, coaching and meaningful dialog.

Establishing Public Presence

Led and consulted on corporate and department level strategy during relocation and restructuring efforts. Led and facilitated a cross-functional task force focused on the public presence and strategic communication prior to the company’s relocation.

Organizations are now rethinking their talent strategies at all stages of the employee lifecycle. Jenn was a key partner in helping us reimagine our performance management model by grounding it on our organizational values.  This required diagnosing our current state and bringing in a new way to view values within our day-to-day actions, behaviors, communication and performance impact.
