Jennifer Brigham Salik, MA, CPC

Jennifer Brigham Salik is a strategy consultant, leadership coach, and facilitator with over 15 years of experience across corporate, agency, and government sectors. She helps individuals and organizations navigate complexity and drive meaningful progress through planning, research, facilitation, and coaching.

Jennifer’s expertise includes leadership development, qualitative research, and organizational strategy. She has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, startups, and mission-driven organizations across industries like automotive, technology, and finance. Her work has ranged from facilitating executive strategy sessions at Toyota to conducting stakeholder interviews for franchise networks and analyzing focus groups for legal consulting teams.

She spent 11 years at Toyota, where she led strategic initiatives in long-range planning, scenario analysis, and organizational transformation — including supporting the company’s headquarters relocation. Jennifer brings a hands-on, empathetic approach that fosters clarity, collaboration, and momentum.

She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), with additional certifications in Everything DiSC, PROSCI Change Management, and Design Thinking. Jennifer holds a Master’s in Communication Management from USC and a Bachelor’s from UCLA.

Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, snowboarding, and spending time with her family.
